Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

• Standard shipping: $4.95, delivered in about 3 to 5 business days after shipping
• Free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more
• Express shipping: $15.00, delivered in about 1 to 2 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Warm weather

Tallow balm can soften in hot weather during shipping. If your balm arrives soft, place it somewhere cool and it will firm back up. Its quality isn't affected.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help make it right.
